In Berlin's Adlershof district, a spacious office ensemble has been planned, making it one of the largest office buildings in Berlin. The impressive architecture places high demands on the structural design. The individual buildings in the ensemble stand on a shared underground parking garage located in the basement. However, on the ground floor, there are atriums with green spaces. The building was designed as a reinforced concrete structure, utilizing both in-situ concrete elements and prefabricated components.
